Adams County Manor is committed to delivering the highest-quality of care for each of our residents. It has been 4-star rated facility by the Center of Medicare and Medicaid. And, and has scored over 90% satisfaction by the residents and families in the 2010 Ohio Department of Aging Family satisfaction Survey. We have physical, occupational, and speech therapies. We also offer Hospice care and Respite care. We provide all services inpatient however we do accept some patients outpatient for Rehabilitation. We currently offer 10 private resident rooms and 32 semi-private rooms each with an adjoining bathroom.
