Glendale AZ Chiropractor, AZ Fitness Chiropractic AZ Fitness Chiropractic is conveniently located at 4901 W. Bell Road in Glendale, Arizona I founded AZ FITNESS CHIROPRACTIC in Glendale, Arizona in October 2000. We opened our office inside of LA Fitness where we provided chiropractic care for the last 10 years. As the practice grew, so did my love and vision for AZ Fitness Chiropractic. In January 2011, we relocated our practice to 4901 W. Bell Road in Glendale, Arizona in order to expand our office space.
