(Ad) For the past 4 weeks, I’ve been using a supplement called Decaduro.
They say it’s a legal alternative to real Deca-Durabolin.
Real Deca-Durabolin is an anabolic steroid that’s popular among bodybuilders who want to get bigger and stronger or preserve muscle during their cutting phase.
However, the nonmedical use of this substance is banned by most sporting organizations because of the performance enhancing benefits and high risk of dangerous side effects.
Does Decaduro work, and can it provide similar benefits to the real thing, or is it just another scam?
Carry on reading my Decaduro review to find out!
What Is Decaduro?
Decaduro is a supplement created by Crazy Bulk, they promise to deliver all the benefits of real Deca-Durabolin without any needles, prescriptions, or known side effects.
They say it will help you get bigger, stronger, and recover faster.
And, unlike real Deca-Durabolin, which is dangerous and illegal, Decaduro is 100% legal, non-toxic, and to date has been known to be side-effect-free.
The company behind it is called Crazy Bulk, and it has thousands of positive reviews online.
Between Trustpilot and Feefo, Crazy Bulk has an impressive 4.35 out of 5-star rating!
Crazy Bulk promises that if you take three capsules of Decaduro per day and follow the advice in the training and nutrition guides, you’ll gain strength and pile on the muscle fast.
But how?
Let’s find out!
How Does Decaduro Work?
To find out how Decaduro works, I decided to investigate the ingredients!
Here’s what I found out:
- Acetyl-L-carnitine (75 mg): This randomized controlled trial found that Acetyl-l-carnitine significantly improves metabolic flexibility, which enables muscles to retain more nitrogen. More nitrogen means explosive strength and power during your workouts and faster muscle gains.
- Panax ginseng (20% ginsenosides) (375 mg): Panax ginseng has been clinically proven to increase red blood cell production. This helps your blood carry more oxygen around your body so you can work out harder and for longer!
- Wild yam (750 mg): This study found that wild yam increases short-chain fatty acids by up to 47 percent. This increases collagen synthesis and strengthens tendons and ligaments, which speeds up recovery time after intense, repetitive workouts.
- L-arginine (150 mg): This research trial found that L-arginine helps strengthen and repair connective tissues and tendons following injuries and intense workouts.
- L-citrulline (75 mg): L-citrulline has a massive impact on vascular function and exercise performance, according to this study.
After looking into the ingredients in Decaduro, I can see how they would be beneficial for anyone looking to gain muscle and strength.
There’s real scientific evidence showing that some of the ingredients may increase nitrogen retention, protein synthesis, and red blood cell production.
But what are customers saying?
Decaduro Reviews – What Are Customers Saying?
Before I bought some for myself, I wanted to see what customers were saying about it.
It was nice to see that there’s quite a few positive reviews for Decaduro online.
Like Simon, who wanted to maintain muscle and strength while getting shredded in time for summer.
He stacked Decaduro with another popular Crazy Bulk product, Winsol.
In eight weeks, his deadlift shot up by an astonishing 35 kilograms, so he got stronger, leaner, and ripped!
Then there’s Jessy who wanted to keep his gains while cutting fat, so he used Decaduro alongside Testo-Max and D-Bal.
After four weeks, his strength had shot up and his abdominal fat melted away to reveal an impressive six-pack.
Then there’s Yadiel who wanted to get a chiseled chest, and abs to match, so he used Decaduro during his bulking cycle.
After reading good things about Decaduro, I decided to give it a try myself.
My Decaduro Results - Here's What It Did For Me..
After consulting with my doctor to make sure Decaduro was safe for me to use I decided to give it a try on my next cutting phase to get strong and ripped.
The ingredients looked promising and there are some positive reviews for it, so I decided it was worth a shot!
The plan was to continue working out but eat less because I wanted to burn off some fat so the true test would be whether it could help me maintain muscle and strength.
When you buy any Crazy Bulk product, you get instant access to eight free training and nutrition guides.
I read through them and was impressed with the information inside. There are some very helpful tips and tricks in there for beginners and pros who want to get in shape.
Anyway, my Decaduro didn’t take long to arrive; it was with me in about three days.
The instructions say that it’s a pre-workout supplement and should be taken about 45 minutes before your workout, so that’s what I did, and it wasn’t long before I began to feel it working!
Here’s what happened:
- The first thing I noticed was that it didn’t take me as long to get warmed up for my workout. I felt a bit more energized and switched on, too.
- The biggest change I felt was the incredible pumps I started getting during my workouts. Especially in the arms and chest. I never used to get pumps like this before using Decaduro. I was bursting out of my T-shirt and felt great.
- After a few days of taking Decaduro, I felt a big boost to my power output, too. I was lifting heavier and squeezing out a couple more reps than normal.
Is Decaduro worth a try?
In the 30 days that I used it, I ended up gaining weight but there was way less fat on my body, so it did help me gain muscle and strength.
Despite eating less and working out harder, I felt stronger than ever and way more anabolic.
In fact, I felt amazing while I was on it. The pumps were incredible and the extra power I felt during workouts was awesome.
If you want to build muscle and strength or preserve muscle during your cutting phase without resorting to needles or illegal drugs, then Decaduro might be well worth a try.
