But is there any evidence that these ingredients will increase your testosterone levels?

Let’s take a closer look and find out:

D-Aspartic Acid (Increases Testosterone by 42%)

D-aspartic acid is an amino acid that’s essential for testosterone production.

There are several studies showing that increased D-aspartic acid intake leads to increased testosterone levels.

This study looked at men between the ages of 27 and 37 taking D-aspartic acid for 12 days.
